On this page you will see all the activities we have been completing through out the year.
Spring Term:
Easter Bonnet Parade:
During their recent INSPIRE morning the children made an Easter bonnet to wear on the parade in the afternoon. We were also joined by the Easter bunny! The chidren had a great time.
Mothers Day:
The children celebrated mothers day with a lovely performance where they sung songs and painted pictures of their mums.
Firefighter Visit:
During our topic People Who Help Us the children had a visit from some fire fighter. They had a really good time finding out about what equiment is used and how the fire engine works.
This half term the children have been completing the topic Superheroes. They they been reading different books related to this topic including Supertato. The children made their own Supertato and superhero vehicles.
Autumn Term:
In Autumn Term 2023 we were all getting to know each other through the topic All About Me. The children completed their all about me books and these were shared with the class. The children really enjoyed finding out about each other.
In the second half of the Autumn Term we thought about the preparations for Christmas through the topic Countdown to Christmas.
Spirituality Day:
During the day the children helped to create the mosaic that was gifted to the church from the school to celebrate its birthday.
Children In Need Day:
In classes 1 and 2 we raised money for children in need day by coming to school in non school uniform and baking biscuits.
During our topic People Who Help Us the children had a visit from some fire fighter. They had a really good time
